Absentee Ballot and Voting Info
Election day is coming up and for many college students living away from home they may chose voting via an absentee ballot. Read more for key dates to ensure your ballot is counted this November.
October 19th - TODAY is the last day to register to vote online. Click here to register online
October 20th - For absentee voters, this is the last day Michigan recommends you return your absentee ballot by mail to avoid postal delays
Starting October 21 - Absentee ballots should be returned to your LOCAL city or townships clerk office. (For students going back to their home town on fall break this week, this is a good time to do so.)
October 24 - First day of early-in person voting.
November 2 - Deadline to vote in-person with an absentee ballot at local clerks office.
November 3 - Election Day! Polls open from 7am to 8pm.
