Rules
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified. Paid Staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. Entry Period
Each giveaway will have a clearly defined start and end date. Entries received outside of that period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. Entry methods may vary by giveaway and will be outlined on the official entry page. Limit to one entry per person, unless otherwise stated.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prize(s)
Prizes will be described for each giveaway and may include event tickets, merchandise, gift certificates, or other items. Prizes have no cash value. 89.1 WIDR FM is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired prizes.
6. Prize Donors
Prizes may be provided by external donors at no cost to 89.1 WIDR FM. Mention of donors is for identification only and does not imply endorsement, advertisement, or sponsorship.
7. Privacy
Information collected through entry forms will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway. Personal data will not be sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes.
8. General Conditions
