This week is also election week for WMU students. One of the issues on the ballot is raising the Student Assessment Fee (SAF) from $42 to $62 a semester. The SAF is what funds things like RSOs, and 89.1 WIDR FM! The Western Herald covered the story earlier this month and WMU students can vote beginning February 21st at 8AM. Voting closes February 28th at 8PM.

In 10 day 6 WIDR directors, and out advisor Glen, are traveling to New York City for The IBS conference and awards! Logen Crandall, Dan Hubble, and Sydney Kott will be presenting about building a brand and WIDR had 9 award nominations! This is an amazing learning experience for students, and wouldn't be possible without donors, so thank you!
